2. Focused Development Work

Based on the diagnostic, we focus on key leverage areas that will increase performance.

  • Priority alignment

In this phase, we design practical systems the team can actually sustain.

3. Progress Evaluation & Momentum

We assess what has shifted:

  • What systems need adjustment?
